A decorative letter opener in a fantasy style, combining practical function with artistic design inspired by the work of Ruth Thompson. Its distinctive appearance makes it an eye-catching addition to any desk or fantasy collection.
The dragon stands atop a cluster of protruding rocks, using its entwined tail to steady itself. Its body features a sapphire blue gradient, emphasising movement and elegance, while its right claw grips a sword that functions as the letter opener. The composition brings together themes of strength, control and fantasy symbolism.
Cast in high-quality resin and carefully hand-painted, the piece offers detailed craftsmanship and rich texture. It is suitable for both practical use and decorative display.
