DJI CARE REFRESH MAVIC 2 provides two replacement units within a one-year period for an additional fee and covers a range of accidents, giving you greater peace of mind when using your DJI aircraft.
DJI Care Refresh covers damage caused by user error, signal interference, collisions, water and drops. With each approved replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is either new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
DJI Care Refresh Eligibility
DJI Care Refresh can be linked to a previously purchased DJI aircraft if it meets one of the following conditions:
- The aircraft is brand new and has not yet been activated.
- The aircraft was activated within the last 48 hours.
- The aircraft was repaired at an official DJI service centre, with DJI Care Refresh activated within 72 hours of receiving the email invitation.
When you purchase DJI Care Refresh, you will receive a unique DJI Care Refresh activation card, which can be linked to your device by following the included instructions.
DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding DJI product must be purchased in the same country or region. The benefits provided by DJI Care Refresh are only available in the region where the plan was purchased.
